A) SHIPPING

At Shaula Confort, we work hard to manufacture, prepare, and ship your products in a very short time. We ship our products all across Europe. Delivery is guaranteed within 2 to 6 working days, depending on the shipping company and the destination country.

The delivery period starts counting from the moment we receive the order during our business hours. Once the order is shipped, Shaula Confort will notify you via email with a tracking number so you can track your shipment.

Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and national or local holidays. Delivery times may be affected by external factors (weather conditions, strikes, losses, etc.). We will inform you if this happens.

Delays will not be considered a breach if caused by the customer’s request or incorrect/insufficient contact information provided by the buyer.

B) RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without the need for justification. The withdrawal period expires 14 calendar days from the day you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), acquired physical possession of the goods.

To exercise your right, you must notify us (SHAULA CONFORT S.L, C/ las Tejeras 12, Yecla (Murcia), or by email to shop@xalucaconfort.com) of your decision to withdraw by means of an unambiguous statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email). It is sufficient to send your communication before the withdrawal period expires.

In case of withdrawal, we will reimburse the full amount paid within 14 days, using the same payment method, unless otherwise agreed. No costs will be charged for the refund. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or proof of their return.

You must return the goods to: SHAULA CONFORT S.L, C/ las Tejeras 12, Yecla (Murcia), without undue delay and within 14 days from the date you communicate your withdrawal. You must bear the direct cost of returning the goods and arrange the return yourself.

You are only responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal include (per Article 103 of Law 3/2014):

  • Goods made to consumer specifications or clearly personalized.

  • Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health/hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.

  • Perishable or quickly expiring goods.

  • Mixed goods that cannot be separated.

  • Services that have been fully performed with prior consent.

  • Other exceptions defined by law (e.g., digital content not on a physical medium, unsealed software, press, etc.).

C) WARRANTIES

The seller is liable for any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within three years from delivery. Delivery is considered made on the date shown on the invoice, receipt, or later delivery note.

Unless proven otherwise, any non-conformity that appears within two years of delivery is presumed to have existed at the time of delivery.

Consumers may request repair, replacement, price reduction, or contract termination, free of charge, including shipping, labor, and material costs.
